In order to have your new or existing Faculty/Staff Profile page show up on the Faculty/Staff Index (Listing) page, you will have to add it to a list. You also have the ability to create multiple categories on the page so that you can list profile pages in different categories (if desired).
1. Expand the Faculty Components module on your Faculty Staff Index page, to reveal the Faculty Component field.
2. Click on the 'Create' button to begin creating your first category listing
3. In the Name field, you may enter a desired name for your category (ie. Staff), then click the Create button.
4. After creating the category component, you will now see 2 Title fields, in which you can place the same categorical name that you used when creating the component (ie. Staff).
5. Once those values have been filled, you can now click the down arrow in the faculty area of the component to reveal and add the faculty/staff profile page(s) you've created. The "Page Name" area will be revealed, where you now have the option to drag-n-drop the profile page into that listing.
NOTE: When performing this task, you would drag and drop the profile page(s) you wish to be added to that category. You also have the option to drag and re-order the pages as you see fit.
If you wish to add another category listing on your Faculty Staff Index page, you may click the 'Add New' button in the Faculty Components module to add another listing.
Then you would proceed to naming that category and adding your desired profile pages (steps 4 and 5) that would fit underneath that category.
6. The Faculty/Staff Index page (and Profile pages) must be published in order for the changes to appear on the live website.
