The Preview tab provides a rendering of the current page as it will look when published. This view is completely functional, with all navigation and links displaying and working as they will when the page and its dependencies are published to the live site. Clicking Preview also saves changes to the page.
To access page preview:
- Click the Preview tab.
Additionally, you may preview your page in a singular window by clicking on the Preview button (highlighted in green).
When previewing a page that may contain links/insertions of other pages, sometimes those pages may not show initially when previewing your page. Usually that is because the page may not have been Marked for Publish -- meaning, it is not or has not ever been published to the live website.
In order to view those unpublished page(s) (along with the published page(s)), when previewing via the Preview tab, click on the Gear icon (red arrow) and that will open up some options. Click on the Show all pages option (green arrow), and that will render a preview with both your published & unpublished pages/items for view.
