Is it accurate or easily remediated?

Can it be changed to align with organization needs?

Is it licensed so it can be distributed/modified?

Will the source agree to provide updates as they occur?

Is it in a format that matches my organization's environment, or will require significant implementation work?

Does it use flash or other proprietary viewer, if so avoid it?

Does it conform with Section 508?

Does it give an assessment to users, e.g. exam?

Does it align with my organization's learning needs?

Does it align with my other training module structure?

Does it duplicate existing training?

Does it require hands-on student support?

Is the content able to be maintained?

What would it cost to create/maintain the content myself?
